Don't know the point of ordering ahead. I always have to wait another 10 or so minutes for them to finish the order. To test this, my friend ordered the same meal when we arrived, and he got his before mine was finished. Quality is a hit or miss. Sometimes they get the order correct and other times toppings are missing or it seems like we got the bottom of the fry batch. Employees look miserable.
