This 5 Guys is the best in Columbus!
I always say Five Guys is good, but it really depends on who’s cooking—and let me tell you, Kendra at the N. Hamilton Road location did that! She took our order, got our food out quickly, and was so kind and polite the whole time. She had a smile on her face and just made the whole experience feel welcoming. Good food and staff but pretty slow service
Yikes, what a scam. Fries were beyond grease soaked, burger was made wrong. Do yourself a favor and drive on past it.
Wouldn't recommend coming to this specific 5 guys, the burgers are done early, the fries are done late, and the fries are over cooked burnt aswell as soggy. Wasted money if you ask me.
