Food was great but in store music was really really loud.
Last year I walked in and the music WAS SO LOUD THAT I HAD TO YELL MY ORDER. I asked if they could turn down the music and was told that there was a camera on the volume knob and if they touch it they get fired. I filled out the 'how was your visit' form on the corporate website and a district manager got back to me and apologized saying that a customer should not have to be subject to such.
