Went there and got a burger and large fri they both were cold and younger guy in the front was very rude and was not best service
It just seems that at this particular time the burgers wasn't freshly cooked. If you've been somewhere where they precook rhe meat patties then keep them in warm water to keep them moist. Then when they need a pattie they would throw one one the grill to heat them up. I'm not saying this is what they do, but it sure tasted like both of the burgers I purchased was precooked "floaters". Food came out hot and fresh! What else more do you want!? We don’t come here too often, but when we need a burger fix, this is the place in Cleveland.
It was a bit cold inside. The staff was super nice and answered a question my guest had about the hot dogs. It was a clean place as well!
They forgot to put my sandwich in the bag
