I have gone to Five Guys many times over the last several years. I am very disappointed with the service I received for the Springfield Ohio location. I ordered 2 burgers and a Cajun fry after I left work. Drove 20 mins home to find out that they made one of the burgers completely wrong and gave me a regular fry instead of a Cajun fry. I called to let them know it was wrong and that I was driving back out for them to remake my order correctly. They said the they do not do that. Prices since covid make this rare for us now. It's a shame because They were our favorite.
While the food here is phenomenal, it is way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way overpriced for what you get, especially hamburger/cheeseburger wise. I have no bad reviews for the food it's just the price. It is unaffordable for most people.
