I have gone to Five Guys many times over the last several years. I am very disappointed with the service I received for the Springfield Ohio location. I ordered 2 burgers and a Cajun fry after I left work. Drove 20 mins home to find out that they made one of the burgers completely wrong and gave me a regular fry instead of a Cajun fry. I called to let them know it was wrong and that I was driving back out for them to remake my order correctly. They said the they do not do that. They could give me a comp card for a later date... read more
