Just found out my mother was harassed by the employees of this five guys for not leaving a tip. disgusting
Where do I start. The staff today reminded me WHY I stopped doing fast food. Let's forget the flys...kudos to the guy with the fries...but EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AN EPIC FAIL. I cannnnotTTTT believe I spent 20 DOLLARS on the worst intake, the worst service, the worst burger --- not appetizing AT ALL. I would excuse a new person being trained on he job but the person training her forgot to comfort the customer who saw 3 orders behind her go before her. I ordered on the app at 1pm, then got tied up at work for three hours just after I clicked "on my way". When I got there at 4pm, my order was still there on the pick-up shelf, but the young lady behind the counter suggested they make me a new one, and even said a Five Guys is supposed to be made fresh. What a pleasant and unexpected gesture. She deserves a big bonus for being such a top-notch advocate and asset to Five Guys Clarksville.
Five Guys is definitely an all time favorite spot for me. My lunch was a grilled cheese with 1 patty added, cajun fries, and delicious oreo milkshake. My photo may show different, but the burger was a 10/10. My bun soft grilled to perfection. Employee Yosselyn was so kind she checked to make sure my order was correct and if I needed anything else. This location very nice clean place with fast service. Space to sit both inside and out. I’ll definitely come back to visit. Thank you for great service.
