Went to five guys yesterday to pick up my online order and I had 2 employees (Mathew & Richard) , who was very friendly and very welcoming . They had such great attitude and had amazing customer service , 10/10 best employees ever , I would definitely go back just because of these 2 employees , thank you so much Mathew & Richard for the great service you gave me .

I placed an order for this place two days ago and got the wrong burger so I replaced an order today and had a horrible experience. uber eats sent a driver who claimed someone picked it up already and that my order had been stolen and the store said to contact uber eats. well unfortunately the only option is to speak to an AI agent who said i could cancel and still pay for it, so I asked the driver why they wouldn't just remake the order and send it off with the three other people they sent to pick it up and I got no response... read more
