Friendly atmosphere and Ricardo was amazing with explaining the menu. All in all great customer service from all of the staff.
Its a bad time when you place a mobile order for two burgers, let them know you're there, then get ignored for a half-hour waiting. People came in after me, ordered and were served quicker. The guy at the counter apologized, but the manager rudely confronted me as I was leaving, with the excuse "we're busy". And your customers aren't? Awful management.
