Cleanliness is terrible and they continue to serve customers food after flies land on waiting to serve buns 🤢
We stopped to get a large Cajun fries on the way home from a long drive.... normally its awesome, however, this time we got a large, the white cup was only about half full and it was nearly $10.... my husband didnt look in the bag, we could have gone next door and got 3 bags of frozen fries for the same price as a half filled cup of "large" fries.
Ordered on June 25 2025 at 1:42pm. All food recieved from five guys on tryon seem to be a day old and stale. All fries were burnt, stale and hard. The burgers were old, hard , stale and cold. The mayo taste spoiled. I had to throw our lunch out. Tried to submit a complaint on their website and was met with an error.
