Just got two "large" fries for $19.91. When I got home and opened the bag, it was the equivalent of two medium fries at McDonald's for 4 times the cost. This is just potatoes, 5 guys has lost its way and can't justify the prices anymore.
Stay away from this location. Worst 5 Guys experience ever. Love 5 Guys, but this was awful. Waited over 30 minutes for burnt cold burgers. Patties half the size as normal. Just horrible. 5 employees looked confused and walking in quick sand. Best part of my meal was the basket of peanuts!
This is the slowest Five Guys I’ve ever been to. Not that busy and I’m going on 20 minutes to get my food. Outrageous
The absolute worst five guys Everytime you go in there’s a wait two Saturdays now and they’ve locked the doors and the one girl in there says we are not set up for success this place needs better employees and people who can keep up it’s insane you spend so much money on a little burger and fries to wait 20-30 minutes when this is labeled as fast food.
Really disappointed. My husband and I needed a semi quick and yummy meal so we stopped in at this five guys before running our errands. Took almost 25 mins to get our food. Very slow service.6 employees there but standing around and talking. Finally got our food. Burger was burnt,cold, and the smallest patty I have ever seen. I basically ate a bun sandwich with pickles and a ton of ketchup to drown out the taste of the burnt burger. Really bad.
