There was food, but the customer service was awful, and it took way longer than any other five guys for them to make my food.
One of these Charlotte locations employs a line cook by the name of Omar that likes to make light jokes and laugh about murdered children on social media. Do better.

Pretty good burger. My fries were so soggy and oily. Wish they were crispier. Also seemed like the prices went up.
