The slowest place on earth. You can place an order and arrive 30 minutes later and the order will not have been started. You are definitely an after thought. Can anyone especially doordashers relate?
Update 3rd visit. Lunch time. Awful. This store is un organized. Long delays to get food. The workers have no sense of urgency. 2nd visit. Poorly ran store. Came in Friday night around 7pm. The parking lot charges for parking, there is limited spots for free 20 minute parking. When I was there, my order was 15-20 mins past due. The fries were burnt, employee didn’t care to make another batch of fries. There was a homeless man harassing 2 women in the store. I had to tell him to leave and then walked the ladies out. This is my first bad review for a five guys. Whatever you would expect at five guys you get the opposite here. Friendly faces? No not here. Over loaded fry bags. Nope barely half the cup I paid over $7 for. A juicy burger. Negative just a hockey puck. Even the cashier was rude just to serve warm not hot food
