To bad the food is great cause the service here sucks. Will never go back . Waited 20 min on my order to be called. Can barely hear them over the music they are playing. Other customers are complaining also. After finely hearing a number after mine get called I go up to check ad am told they called the number but we didn't come get it so they left it on a shelf in back with pickup orders to get cold. Love 5 guys.BUT They put a key code lock on their bathroom and that is BS. Change the door locks and I'll change this back to 5 start. Update. Gave them a chance cause they have good food. Shame the service also sucks. Waiting 20 min om them to call my number. barely can hear in there as they were speaking loud enough and the music was on. They weren't busy either. Heard more then 1 customer complain they couldn't hear them. When I voiced they need to speak up was told I needed to listen better.
Super friendly staff. Quick service. My large fries didn't have a overflowing bag, but I think it was just an oversight.
