It was my first time having it. The food was great. Service was not interactive or helpful, and staff seemed annoyed to be asked questions about items. Stating read the sign. When asked for a bag to replace my grease saturated bag when we left, I was given a smaller bag than the one I went up with, and the bag ripped when transferring.
