*EDIT 5/31/25*: Order # 35645678242103300 It’s with a heavy heart that I had to lower my 5 star review. I’ve gone to this location probably over a dozen times and the had never gotten my order wrong. This time they missed the extra patty I ordered for 2 burgers. So that’s a loss on my end of $6! ($2.99 per extra patty on each). It’d be hard t open the bag and then open the foil when I pick up my food to check and make sure my order is correct when I go but it seems like I have to now if I don’t want to lose more $. Amazing, I ordered online, it was ready when I got there and it was great. What more could you ask for. AND they got our special order right. Great burger and a great addition so Shawnee! Went there last week again. This is THE best 5 Guys I’ve ever been to still. The cooks knows what’s up 👍🍔 YOU CAN SPECIAL ORDER WND THEY GET IT CORRECT 🥲
This is by far the best five guys we’ve been to around here. It was clean, the staff so nice, the food was so good. The 3 people working tonight were working their butts off and still were so polite. It’s so hard to find a place these days with good customer service and one I like taking my family to. Just wanted to say thank you so much for giving us a place to eat where we feel comfortable eating and bringing our kids!
Ridiculously over priced. No one wants to pay 20$ for a hamburger and fries. No clue how they're in business
