The standard is the standard and this place doesn’t have them.. employees literally wearing gloves and touching their cell phones, standing around , leaning against tables not cleaned off no napkins to be found anywhere… this isn’t social hour your to be working… When it comes to the burger itself this is absolutely ridiculous your telling me that burger is worth $13 without fries and a drink portions are way under portiond $26 wasted on a meal that can’t even leave you satisfied 5 guys has never been cheap but this is just ... read more

I was so excited for this burger joint to come to town but it’s been nothing but horrendous. We have went 3 times, 2 out of 3 were awful. First time they failed to let us know they had no cheese, complained and got a promotional card. Went back to use promotional card, they forgot to put my bacon on my sandwich and it was completely soggy and ALL LETTUCE. My patty was one of the thinnest smallest patties I’ve ever seen. Sad that I feel I get more out of Burger King than I do Five Guys here in Somerset.
