Burgers and fries were great
Monroe is where restaurant chains come to die and Five Guys is no exception. First of all ridiculous prices. Smallest large fry I have ever had from this chain. Nearly $3 for a drink that cannot get a refill because the machine is empty and they are understaffed. It’s Friday - plan better. Manager said they are too busy cooking 12 burgers so she can’t fix the coke machine. Horrible grunge rock playing so loud that you can’t talk to the person next to you. Five stars for this location! Not only is it clean and tidy but customer service is on POINT. I think I was one of their first customers today & they were so polite and helpful. I’m heard of hearing and the music was loud, so a worker walked to me and let know my order was ready! I love coming here on my lunch break
Super clean, friendly service, free peanuts... The only thing that sucks are the prices. Highly recommend.
