Never had a bad experience here. Burgers are the best around.
Love their food. They are usually fast with their services. However, on more than one occasion the cashier who rung me up over charged me and had rung my order up wrong and basically said "I'm sorry"and didnt offer to refund me the difference or to make it right.
I haven’t been here in a while, but I decided to drop by today for a burger and a regular fry. Honestly, I won't be coming back. When I got to my car and reached into the bag, I noticed there wasn't a single extra fry at the bottom—which was always standard here. Worse, the actual fry cup wasn't even full. Shoutout to the late-night crew at the Shrewsbury Five Guys! Stopped in around 9 PM on a work trip. The restaurant was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the food came out fast. The cheeseburger with pickles and extra onions hit the spot perfectly, and the small fries were crispy and plentiful. Fantastic stop for a traveler!
They only took 5 minutes to make my food WOW, but the shocker comes from uber eats taking 40 minutes to assign a driver and then another 20 minutes to deliver so obviously it was cold and the fries were soggy, but dont worry guys uber investigated themselves and found themselves not late delivering the food and then block me from complaining to them. 5 guys is great though sucks it was cold
