Looks like no one cares about their job here at Five Guys. The one taking our order was looking around, not paying attention to us. Very disturbing and rude. The large size fries used to fill half of the bag. Not anymore. There were barely enough to fill the bottom of the bag. Never coming back here. After contacting the owner I received nothing. Five Guys was always expensive, but the value proposition is simply gone. Over $50 for two people now, and the portions have shrunk. Tiny burgers, and 'large fries' that are nothing like what Five Guys of the past delivered. That said, the location is clean. Others have complained of inaccurate orders or rude staff, but I have never encountered either at this location.

Food is good. That's the only positive about this location. If you want to be insulted, visit this location. I've visited this place maybe 3 times within the past few weeks for milkshakes. The first time, a manager rung me up, gave me my order number, and told me they would get to my order when they had the chance. Sure okay. So I'm standing next to the counter where the milkshakes are placed out, minding my own business.
