I came to the restaurant on an order for a customer and I was told it will be ready in 10 minutes for the delivery and I didn't mind the time, after 10minutes pass and I am waiting longer. They haven't started the order just people standing around, one just just smile and stood there waiting for someone to tell him what to do and the other employees talking about the problems while guest piled up at the register. Terrible service and slow.
Order ahead for pickup to reduce wait. or getting your order can be a test of patience. Even if you are the only one in line, others have typically placed orders. They have an online order system. Those orders seem to be prepared as received. So you may be waiting for those orders to be prepped before you too. But free peanuts can help pass the time and calm the hangry hunger pains
Went in for a couple cheese burgers w/ small fries and medium cokes. The total was over 40 bucks. I should have checked my order before I walked out because I was short a French fry. This was only my 2nd time going to 5 guys. The first time the food was awesome, but this time not so much. The fries were soggy with grease. The burger was ok, but not nearly as good as the one I had before. You can do better Silverdale.🫤
For context, multiple Five Guys locations have messed up my order before: When I walked into the location, I sarcastically said, "Oh, they might mess up my order" and it honestly happened yet again. I ordered a lettuce-wrapped burger, all the way, no mayo, add raw onion, pickles with extra pickles, don't forget the pickles. What I got: everything mentioned above, but with mayo.
