Use to be a great burger place but on Feb/1/26 in Perrysburg OH bought 3 hamburgers where 2 of them were supposed to come with bacon and they did not. They had a strange undesirable meat taste plus they were provided with old and almost cold fries, what happened to its food quality????
Our burgers weren't how we ordered them. Mine was missing mustard and ketchup. My husband's was missing tomato and onion. We ordered a Cajun fry and a regular fry, both of which were in one bag together. This was the first time we were disappointed.

this is the last time i’m ever ordering from this place. this has to be about the 3rd time i’ve gotten a raw burger.. i understand that you guy’s could have been busy. but this has happened multiple times. i had a long tough day and was exhausted and starving and wanted to treat myself, and my burger is literally raw..
