The worst thing about Five Guys is their hand soap, they always use the smelliest hand soap in the world.
Fries were soggy, grease filled qnd thrown upside down in the bag. The burgers were overcooked, burnt and topped with all the wrong toppings, the buns were chewy. The price was outrageous for poor quality food and service. The manager on duty was of no help when asked if there was a way to rectify the situation.
Got better with making the food. I like it here and I order at least once a week. Worth a visit.
