I was really disappointed to see that the manager here had a very visible “666” tattoo. That symbol is offensive to many people and not what you expect to encounter in a family-friendly restaurant. I won’t be eating at Five Guys anymore.
I am a delivery driver and I've been told by multiple customers that they do not appreciate that you wait until the driver arrives to cook the fries. It unnecessarily causes longer lines, poor service, doesn't affect the quality of the food significantly, and most importantly they have to wait even longer while the rest of their food gets cold. This has been going on for over 5 months.
