Five guys recently had the BOGO deal going on so i decided to try for the first time ever. First of all, the staff is super nice. Secondly i regret not finding out about this place earlier. The burgers i got here for the past 3 days have been the best burger i have ever ate in my entire life. I am not even exaggerating. I usually order from here and I know they tend to take a while, which has never bothered me before. However, today’s experience was genuinely horrible. I ordered two burgers. One with cheese and one without. When we got the order, neither burger had cheese on it even though I paid for it. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse when we realized the toppings were completely mixed up. If you've been at one five guys , you've been at all of them. Icecream machine was down (super rare for them) and they went out of their way to accommodate me..they ultimately made the shake after I waited.
