I am still waiting for Corporate to refund my $30.27 from the 40th birthday BOGO of 2/17/26. I submitted a claim as requested, then followed up a month later and got a bogous "someone called but no one answered". No message. No text. No email. I had to spend another 30 minutes right now, just to hear that someone from management has to call me to verify all the info we just went over. Seriously. Its a tactic of them not wanting to refund me. Shame on you!
