I’m writing to express my disappointment with an experience I had at one of your locations. I arrived at the store at 9:52 PM, only to find the doors already locked, even though the sign clearly stated that the store closes at 10:00 PM. I understand that closing procedures take time, but locking out customers before posted hours is misleading and frustrating—especially for loyal patrons who make an effort to arrive before closing time.
