Great burgers
This Five Guys location is consistently good when it comes to food quality and taste. What seems to be inconsistent lately is the extra scoop of fries they usually put in the bag. I’m not sure if it has something to do with the newer fry containers or if the portions have changed, but I always dump the fries into the same bowl at home, and lately it’s nowhere near overflowing like it used to be. Still great food, but definitely something I’ve noticed with the fry portions.
Food is oily and they had no napkins available.
Food was great, but service was not. I came in today for a burger and left feeling disrespected. The guy at the register looked at me like I was stupid when I asked him about the burgers and was not helpful. I came in today to celebrate my promotion but left very disappointed with peoples respect nowadays. The food was amazing, which is the only thing bringing my rating up. Do not come here if you want to be treated with respect.
