I dont mean to sound like this but I think they need to hire an American manager or lead or at least someone that speaks good English and actually understands and can translate to the other employees. Love five guys, love the staff but the online ordering is a joke. My milk shake is liquid but my food isn’t ready but my pick up is for :621 but I’m still here 6:43.
This place is pathetic anymore. I just went, payed in cash. The cashier stole a dollar out of my change like I was stupid but I didn't say anything because I felt bad she felt the need to be that petty . Her life must be hard..... the fries were soggy and they only put 1 out of the 5 condiments I requested on my burger. I used to love this place. Ill never be back. I live 2 minutes away and ill drive to white marsh if I want 5 guys . This place is trash. Sad
I just wanted to say Thank you to the kind ladies that work here. Best customer service ever!! I usually don’t like to eat inside but decided to eat inside because the ladies working was kind & a vibe! Of course the food was GREAT & FRESH AS WELL! A win for Five Guys!
