I purchased a gift card from this Five Guys location using my Amex Platinum monthly credit. When I tried to use it 1–2 months later, the card showed as invalid at this store. I later contacted Five Guys customer service, who confirmed that the gift card is valid and has no issues. While the manager never explicitly said the card was stolen, her tone, attitude, and body language made me feel as though I was being treated as if I had brought in a stolen or illegitimate gift card, simply because I no longer had the receipt from... read more

I actually have to eat the hamburger while smiling the whole time. Fresh shelled peanuts always for the grabbing. If you order the large order of fries you better eat the burger first as the fries are a whole meal. Small fries with your meal, unless you have a couple dogs.
