Ordered Door Dash. They placed cheese on my hamburger, I'm allergic and can't just remove bc it's melted all over. Placed a second order and even called to make sure they didn't put cheese on it this time. They said of course it will be right this time. Arrived with cheese again! Called back, they acknowledged I ordered correctly and they messed up but they did not offer me anything for the inconvenience. I own 3 retail stores and have owned 2 donut shops.
