Fries were not done. Had to take them home and put them in the air fryer to finish cooking them. I wish they asked if you wanted cheese on your burger. Who eats a burger with no cheese? Probably my last visit here.

Fries were not done. Had to take them home and put them in the air fryer to finish cooking them. Kept thinking on my way home that I should have asked them to cook them over. I wish they asked if you wanted cheese on your burger. Who eats a burger with no cheese?

i always have a good experience at this place. i work in the shopping center so i come for my lunch. everyone is nice. i feel like the wait time to get my foods is timely considering they make it fresh and they put together the burger very well. one time i forgot my card and the guy at the counter was very patient and kind to me and they made the food while i went to get my card. 10/10!

Rubbery thin bacon (usually thick and crispy even though I haven't been to a Five guys in a few months), barely any fries (for an $8 large fry I was severely disappointed). Nothing wrong with the people or service but the food was lacking and that's not something that's usually an issue with a place that's been consistently quality over the years, even worse considering the price these days.
