I keep seeing disappointing food and places everywhere. They don’t know how to serve food properly All the drinks are finished, but they still charge full price—only zero-sugar drinks are left.
Fix the chairs, guys. Edit: I place an order on the app an hour ahead for pickup at a specific time because I'm in a rush due to traffic- I get there 10 minutes after and the order still isn't ready. 10 minutes after that, still not ready. Almost had to leave and abandon the order. Either the app and ordering system is a joke or the staff is. FYS, seriously.
I always enjoy coming to this place, but this time I feel like the staff doesn't care about what they're doing. The fries were cold—and the bacon was cold, too. Also, they don't clean the floors or the tables; these are things they really need to pay attention to.
