The staff at this location so nice and pleasant yesterday. They never have an attitude and made sure my order was made just the way I like it. There must be some new management here because in the past, the staff was not this friendly so good job Five Guys. Ps. Thanks so much for the most welcoming greeting Ted
Rochelle Johnson was very accommodating with my order . I told her my friend has a gluten allergy and she didn’t hesitate to accommodate for my order . Highly recommend having her as your cashier if you come in she’s amazing and deserves a raise

The big guy in the black shirt was rude to one of the employees for trying to get my attention to come get my order. I’ve worked in a restaurant before as employee and Manager and I know it is important to treat your team with kindness and respect. If I see him in store I am out the door. I thanked the young man with the tattoos as I had my headphones in when he called my number.
I really enjoy coming to Five guys and dine. The atmosphere is great don’t even mention the customer service. Every worker treats you with respect.
