Honestly, this was the worst Five Guys burger I’ve ever had. My mom got me a bacon burger with mushrooms, jalapeños, lettuce — the works — and I swear, it tasted like absolutely nothing. The beef was dry, the bacon tasted like it was made out of soy, and nothing about it hit like it usually does. Even the fries, which are supposed to be Five Guys’ thing, were dry and totally flavorless. I love Five Guys, so I don't know what happened tonight. I come into these places not expecting anything great, but at least food that is prepared properly. I ordered a cheese burger and the cheese isn't melted AT ALL. I also ordered a coffee milkshake, and it was barely mixed. Basically the workers here did the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM to out my meal together. I've been to Five Guys burger about a few dozen times throughout the years. Never again. The quality has greatly diminished. For $22, I'm not expecting gourmet, but I am expecting SOME level of competence and care.
Love 5 Guys but this location isn’t reliable anymore. My last order had a missing shake & today’s order took them 1.5 hrs to make… fries arrived all soggy
