Very friendly & a smile that just makes you want to smile back. Patient while you order. What got my attention is the place did not smell like greasy burger or fries being made. Very tasty indeed!
Terrible customer service. Not greeted when walked in. Waited 6 min before ANYONE said anything. I called in an order 25 min and still had to wait 10 min when I got there. And it was NOT busy . If there was a closer location to me , I wouldn’t visit this one again .
Better than most other 5 guys experiences. We always order online. There is always a wait when I show up to pick it up because they cook the fries fresh. Not a complaint, it's a great quality. Sandwiches have always been correct. This particular 5 guys is cleaner than others I have experienced, which everyone should appreciate. The staff is always attentive. Great experiences!
