Five Guys has some of the friendliest and most professional staff around—they do their jobs well, and this review is not about them. The issue is the food. Simply put, it’s terrible. After giving it multiple tries (because I love a good burger and will try them anywhere), I can confidently say this might be one of the worst burger spots in the city.
