Placed online order at 6:15pm. Didn’t get my order until 6:50pm. Arrived at 6:20 and gave my name and the employee said it would be a minute. After 15 minutes I asked again and they couldn’t find my order. Then they said the ticket never printed out. During the 30 minutes I waited for a mini bacon cheeseburger and fries, I saw a female employee grab a male employees buttocks which seemed to make him uncomfortable. My kids ordered from here, and someone stole the food for delivery. I called the store and the General Manager went above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness, expedience and great disposition. Thanks, Shannon R.
