Let me start by saying: The staff were super nice and the atmosphere was nice... In my opinion five guys has all the right ingredients... However the problem is execution. While you're having execution problems on all fronts, I will focus my feedback solely on your burger... Your burgers are soggy. This is an easy fix... Michael was so helpful explaining the menu to us, as we've never been there before and we came in around 8 and I understand it's frustrating when customers come in near closing but Michael was so friendly
