Arrived a few minutes before store closed at 10p. Very nice gentlemen served us with a smile regardless that they were closing. Food and service were great. Thankyou.
The staff is amazing at this location. I’ve gotten to know them as a regular and it’s one thing to see people just living and not being present but they very much are. They greet me every time and always get my orders correct. The sawgrass location is my favorite.
Nick and Ash are awesome. They know me by name and the burgers are phenomenal.

I had a very disappointing experience at Five Guys. The staff was not attentive to pickup orders, and there seemed to be very little organization when it came to determining who arrived first. Customers who arrived after me were being helped before those who had already been waiting, which was frustrating and unnecessary. To make matters worse, my food was cold when I received it, and there was a hard piece in the burger meat that made the food unpleasant to eat.
