Always great burgers..
Manager mislead me recently trying to make an order. I was there 20 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night, the manager Hayden said they were “out “ of hamburgers and French fries? I’ve been to 5 Guys hundreds of times, I’ve always known them to be very professional but not on this visit. He gave me a phone number of a supervisor to file a complaint, which I did, they promised to follow up by my email. That was almost a week ago and have not heard a peep out of them?
