Food here is fast, delicious, and filling as always.
Went in for lunch with 4 people and got more than we bargained for. Found a black hair in the fries 🤢. My anxiety got the best of me after that so I deconstructed my burger and found another thick black hair tucked in the toppings. They replaced the food but never apologized, never acknowledged how gross and unacceptable this is. Just handed over new food like it’s no big deal. I accidentally left my small bag with important documents (passport, driver’s license, and cards) at this Five Guys. I came back the next morning, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. They checked the documents to make sure I was the owner and returned everything safely. Big thank you to the team — you guys saved me from a huge headache. Respect!
