I haven't been to a Five Guys in years, but I don't remember it being bad the last time I did. The service was pretty good, but that's about all I can say for our experience. The fries are pretty bland and were kind of limp. We were pretty hungry and their fry sauce is good, so I just dipped them in enough sauce to make them taste like something and chowed down.
