Everything was super nice when I went there. Workers are very nice and helpful and the food was made fast and it was delicious. It was my first time at the restaurant and they were very patient with explaining how the burgers work. Atmosphere was not bad, it just was not anything special.
I usually love this place. But tonight as the cook was cooking someone else was taking down vents above grill. Then not the cook but the main lady that ran the register came over to help cook without washing her hands, thankfully another customer came in before she touched anything. But then after she comes back this time she washes her hands but takes over for the cook drops my burger and proceeds to scrap it up and put it on my bun and i said no thats gross!
