Never disappointed when I see a 5 Guys. It's the same quality I remember from the 90s. Definitely doing things right at 5 Guys
Manager Cassidy Lynch was so incredibly rude and unhelpful when my order was missing a sandwich, stating that her store “ran out of burgers” and that she “was going to stand up for herself” when my husband and I called requesting assistance to resolve the issue. What kind of burger restaurant runs out of burgers and then offers absolutely no option for recourse when a nearly $16 item was “replaced” by a soggy grilled cheese because they “ran out” and there is “nothing she can do?” Would recommend spending your money elsewher... read more

Ordered a burger with mushrooms and onions. Got about a half of a museum and a 3rd of an onion slice. Not a good deal
