My family and I ate at Five guys on Friday 12/5. When my husband called to put in the order the employee where playing on the phone. Answering saying "Hello papi". We drive from Oakdale to get our food and drove home to eat. When we got home we started eating my son found hair in the fries and I found hair inside my cheeseburgers. I immediately called Five Guys and told them what happened. I told them I wanted my money back. They wanted me to drive back to do a refund I said no I wasn't coming back after I already drove back... read more
My burger was not so great. The bun was completely soggy as if it were soaked in water before they assembled it. This ruined the entire texture of the burger. Both of my friends said the same thing about theirs. I will not be coming here again.

One of the very few decent burger joints in town. If there is one thing that you can count on at five guys, it’s the consistency of fresh made burgers! On my most recent trip, I ordered two double bacon with cheese, and pickles. Our buns were very fresh and the burgers were cooked to perfection. The staff and this location is well trained, polite, and quite efficient. Our orders are always out in a timely fashion.
