We are new to the country and the food is some of the lowest quality food I've had in my entire life, compared to all the other countries I've been to. So everyone told us we had to try 5 guys, because it's amazing, so we did. To save everyone a long story, it wasn't great. The fries were "old" tasting and oily, and the burger was heavy and dry, no sauce whatsoever. Excessive wait time
I came in on a very busy night and they messed up my order. I called, spoke to a manager, and she offered to remake it for me and give me an extra free meal on top of that. When I came in to get my new order she was very apologetic and kind. My burger was remade perfectly and tastes great. On top of that, the cashier was so kind and even during a rush took time to have a very personalized interaction with me. I definitely will come back to this location in the future.
