The manager has no idea how to do her job. I gave her my name. She couldn’t even actually look for the information instead of saying oh it’s not there like all you have to do is type my name in the computer and you would see that it was order was placed. She didn’t do any of that requested a refund and she made me come back to the store just to put it on my card. She has no professionalism at all. As I noted one year ago, this updated visit to this Five Guys in Quincy, MA 02169 showed me clearly that they continue to deliver the best-tasting food I've experienced at any other Five Guys. The food is still delicious, and flavored well to my taste and liking. Also, now as a valued repeat customer, I get a "hearty" greeting from Marie, the owner and her wonderful skilled staff.
