Don't follow basic instructions
We love Five Guys. This location is horrible though. They are unprofessional and rude. Slow and give have bad attitudes. I avoid this location at all costs.
I dont leave reviews, but this was just ridiculous. I got there at 1015am, door was locked, but an employee came over and told me they weren't open until 11 that nothing was ready. I walked away got into my car and as I was driving off the same employee let another customer into the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting service, I called and was told they were opened I asked to speak to the manager and they just changed their tone. Five guys is great, these employees were degrading.
