I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so shocking that I feel obligated to speak up. I stopped by Five Guys yesterday, expecting a good meal and decent service. What I got instead was one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve ever had. An employee (who appeared to be pregnant) was not just rude, but outright hostile.
