Everything was excellent. Customer service was awesome
Everyone should go here everyday for lunch and get a hot dog or a burger!
My boyfriend and I ordered through the app. We got there 20 minutes after we had ordered and waited over an HOUR in store for our 2 milkshakes. We had to remind them TWICE just to make it! Once I got mine it was not what I asked for. They didn’t offer to refund us or anything they just said a quick sorry. I usually love five guys and only have nice things to say but this makes me not want to come back.
