During my visit, I was there with my family, and unfortunately the service was very disappointing. The staff member who took our order spoke in a sarcastic and disrespectful manner. She made mistakes with our order more than once, yet continued with the same poor attitude instead of handling the situation professionally. Mistakes can happen, but respectful communication is expected. especially when serving customers with their families.
Good food
Dec 26th 6PM, only one person is working, accepting orders and cooking. Did the worst burgers, patties were black and crunchy. Fries also were overcooked. This is not 5 guys level of service what was expected.
