When you hear 5 guys you think great burgers and a ton of fries maybe a little pricey but you are full.....NOT AT THIS 5 GUYS get a regular fry thats less than a McDonald's medium. Enjoy very dismissive service where they dont seem to care you are there. AVOID go to shake shack around the corner for better service and fries equivalent to cost. ALSO asked for no tomatoes. Cmon people!!!!
place was clean, wasn't really a entertaining atmosphere service was ok except that taking orders was simple and easy and the food still came out the wrong way asked other than that it was good
We gave them a second chance but it was very bad. We ordered burgers with mushrooms and the mushroom was like a stone, not even look like rubber. We told the manager but he didn’t take that thing seriously or apologize for that .
1diots. Uber order and literally called to make sure my bag was sealed properly since i didn’t want uber snacking on my fries. Guy said i gotchu. I said cool, hes got me, i can stop worrying about it. Thanks. Not only did he not close it properly, other than with the one regular crappy sticker on top which still leaves the bag open. But he didnt have me because he forgot my fries too. Hey buddy. I know you guys already put one sticker on the bag. I called so you can maybe put more??? You said i gotchu.
