Five Guys needs a better binding agent for their meat and better quality buns. It’s hard to enjoy a burger when you’ve got an insanely soggy bun and a patty that crumbles with every movement/bite. The flavor is great, especially the fries, but again, just hard to enjoy overall.

Stopped by Five Guys for a quick bite and ended up having a full-on experience. First off, huge shoutout to the manager—our fries were going to take an extra 2-3 minutes (barely even a wait), and they still gave us a $10 gift card just for the delay. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days! Not only that, but we also got an extra bag of fries, which I firmly believe is the universe rewarding us for tolerating the couple in the back corner who thought Five Guys was a romantic getaway.
