Overcooked burgers, and they don't seem to be particularly responsive to feedback. Fries are undercooked too. Five guys has the best fries, but only when they're being made by a semi-competent worker. This five guys location is bad.
I don't usually give bad reviews, but for the price I paid i'm going too. My little bacon cheese burger was ice cold when I got home and had a ton of ketchup to cover up the burnt bacon on it. I do not live that far from there at all. So, if it's freshly made it should've been at least warm when I got home. So, what $23.72 20% tip included gets you a crappie little bacon cheese burger a small fry and regular drink. I feel disgusted and ripped off. Is not what it used to be. We got 3 burgers and a Cajun fries. There was no complaints from my husband part nor my son's, but as for me. I had one piece of lettuce very small, and it was the core. Harley any onions. The only condiments I was able to taste was the mustard. I usually don't live reviews even if I'm disappointed, but you need to get it together.
Good fresh food fast!
