Pretty clean. The food was ready on time and good, and staff were friendly. People say Five Guys is overpriced but it's honestly not much more than other restaurants around here. About the same as McDonalds and definitely better for the price.
That is the best burger in Ithaca. It takes a few minutes. Love it.
