Won’t be back until they put the fries back in cups. The bags make the fries soggy, not worth the $$ anymore.
Five Guys on Staten Island never disappoints! Got a double cheeseburger loaded with toppings (mushrooms, grilled onions, jalapeños—perfect customization), fresh-cut fries (piled high and crispy), and a shake. Food was juicy, hot, and flavorful—classic Five Guys quality. Staff were friendly and quick, even during a busy time. Love the bright, clean setup with free peanuts and that energetic fast-casual feel—great for dine-in or takeout. Best burger chain spot around!
Food was good, hot and fresh. Service with a smile. Floors can be slippery though, careful walking.
While waiting for my food, i overheard the employees talking about seeing a rat in the restaurant. Super unsettling and completely turned me off from eating here ever again. Cleanliness should be a priority
Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. The price can be a little steep however, but worth it for the quality provided.
