The food is well made and delicious. Staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their work. My favorites are the cheese dogs and bacon cheeseburgers. And the fries are always fresh and hand-made.
Not even any star I had a very disappointing experience at this Five Guys location. The woman taking my order was extremely rude from the beginning and didn’t seem interested in listening to what I was asking for. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and even then it felt like she was ignoring parts of it. Good customer service is the bare minimum at any restaurant, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. The restaurant itself was also very dirty.
