We had a bad experience today. We ordered 2 sandwiches, fries and a shake and one of the sandwiches was soggy and incorrect. Asked for and paid for an extra patty and did not get it, the fries were cold and soggy and the shake was very runny. I called and someone pretending to be the manager didn’t even offer to remake the food and just said do you want me to refund you and wasn’t very friendly then he handed the phone to the manager which offered a refund. i go there alm the time and they can whip some mean mean burgers or even dogs, staff are top notch friendly love them all and thank them
I'm not one to usually complain, but my recent trip to Five Guys was a major letdown. I ordered a classic cheeseburger, excited for that juicy, made-to-order taste. What I got was far from it. The burger was practically raw in the middle. I'm all for a little pink, but this was like they barely introduced it to the grill. Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed.
